WEDNESDAY ADVENT WORSHIP

During one Wednesday of Advent we will hear from the Innkeeper who provided lodging for Mary and Joseph in his stable. This Advent Worship service is Wednesday, December 20 at 6:30 pm in the Farkas Room. The nursery will be open. Come for this thirty minute worship service to listen to the words of the Innkeeper ?

CHI RHO PARENT?S DAY OUT FUNDRAISER

The Chi Rho youth group is sponsoring its Parent?s Day out Fundraiser on Saturday, November 25. The event will take place from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm (a perfect amount of time for you to fulfill your post ? Thanksgiving shopping needs!) We will be babysitting children from the ages of 2 ? 13. A lunch, snack and entertainment will be provided by us (Chi Rho youth and Sponsors.) The cost for this service is $40.00 per child. We are taking a limited number of reservations so that we can provide quality childcare for all of them, so act now! Just bring your cash or check with you when you drop off your children (please make your check payable to First Christian Church.) DEDICATION SUNDAY December 3rd We will dedicate our Commitment to the Lord the first Sunday of Advent December 3. These Commitments are for the ministry of our church in 2007. Please consider increasing your Commitments to the Lord. Maybe you could increase by 1% or maybe 5% or moving toward a tithe of 10%. Pray about it and let the Lord lead you in your Commitments and love toward Him. Thank you for your support for His church.
