Children's Worship and Wonder Orientation

Sunday, November 13 and 20 we will have Children's Worship and Wonder orientation for all the children and parents/grandparents who have not previously attended an orientation.

This will take place in the library between 9:00 am - 10:00 am. Parents/grand- parents are invited to attend with their child to understand and appreciate this awesome ministry.

It is highly recommended that a parent/grandparent attend with the child both these sessions.

Children's Worship and Wonder ministry is structured in such a way that it encourages children to experience God while learning the stories of God. It involves helping children to worship in a special place apart from the worshiping congregation so they become able to worship meaningfully with the congregation. Trained storytellers and greeters lead in this worship experience.

This program is for “rising fours” through 4th grade. “Rising fours” are 3-year-old children who are potty trained, have attended 1 year of preschool, are able to sit and listen and to follow directions.

Please arrive a few minutes before 9:00 am, as the worship orientation will start promptly at 9:00 am.

Since the children will be deeply involved in this worship experience, please be sure your child uses the restroom prior to entering the “Worship and Wonder” Center.
